Liezen, am 13. November 2007 - Die JoWooD Productions Software AG wurde heute
gemäß § 91 Abs. 1 Börsegesetz wie folgt in Kenntnis gesetzt:
Die Koch Media GmbH gibt hiermit gemäß § 91 Abs. 1 Börsegesetz
bekannt, dass mit 6. November 2007 der Anteil am stimmberechtigten Kapital der
JoWooD Productions Software AG auf unter 1.367.847 Aktien, das sind 1.367.847
Stimmrechte, gesunken ist und somit einen Anteil von 5 vH der Stimmrechte an
der JoWooD Productions Software AG unterschritten hat.
