Productions Software AG has been notified of the following:
According to §91 article 1 BörseG, Koch Media GmbH hereby declares that as per
November 6th, Koch Media GmbH's share in the nominal capital of JoWooD
Productions Software AG has declined to under 1.367.847 voting shares,
corresponding to 1.367.847 voting rights. Therefore, Koch Media GmbH's stake
went below 5% of JoWooD Productions Software AG's share voting rights.
